Cognitive AI Agents for Personalized Automation in Smart Homes: A User-Centric Approach

Abstract

Smart homes are rapidly adopting automation technologies, yet the need for personalized, context-aware solutions remains unmet. This paper presents the development of cognitive AI agents that learn user behavior patterns and autonomously manage smart home devices to enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and security. The proposed model integrates user feedback, environmental sensors, and predictive analytics to deliver adaptive automation services. User studies reveal improved satisfaction levels and significant energy savings through intelligent agent-based personalization.
