Blockchain-Integrated AI for Secure and Transparent Data Sharing in Smart Cities

Abstract
Smart cities rely on data-driven technologies to enhance urban management and services. However, concerns regarding data privacy and security pose significant challenges. This research explores the integration of blockchain with AI to ensure secure, transparent, and decentralized data sharing. A prototype system leveraging federated learning and smart contracts is developed and tested on urban traffic and environmental monitoring datasets. Results demonstrate enhanced data integrity, security, and efficiency, highlighting the potential of blockchain-integrated AI for future smart city applications.
