Abstract

In an era of rapid technological and societal change, education systems must evolve to prepare individuals for lifelong learning. This paper investigates how cross-disciplinary innovation can transform education, from curriculum design to teaching methodologies. We explore the integration of technology, psychology, and pedagogy to create personalized and adaptive learning experiences. Drawing on examples from Australian educational institutions, we highlight the potential of interdisciplinary collaboration to address challenges such as equity, accessibility, and workforce readiness. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations for policymakers and educators to foster innovation in education.
