Evolutionary AI: A Novel Genetic Algorithm-Driven Approach for Enhancing Machine Learning Model Optimization
Abstract
Hyperparameter tuning and model selection remain critical challenges in machine learning. This paper introduces a novel AI-driven optimization technique using genetic algorithms (GAs) to enhance machine learning model performance. We compare GA-based optimization with traditional grid search and Bayesian optimization methods across various ML models. The results demonstrate the efficiency of evolutionary algorithms in improving model accuracy, reducing computational cost, and automating the tuning process, making AI optimization more efficient and scalable.
